Soil Fertility Analysis with Soil Microorganism Indicators

Areca nut and sago are typical fruits of the Papuan Community which produce waste. Utilization waste for community itself has not been done optimally, especially in agriculture. One way to overcome problem soil fertility is by adding organic matter. shell stem alternative uses existing processing it into liquid fertilizer (POC) biochar. Adding matter can increase productivity affect biological properties increasing activity biota play a role breaking down decomposing so that increase. The purpose this study was compare applied with biochar derived from areca bark research method consisted completely randomized design (CRD) 7 treatment levels. first (SB0) control (without biochar), second (SB1) biochar, third (SB2) fourth (SB3) combination sago, fifth (SB4) POC waste, sixth (SB5) seventh (SB6) stems. parameters included determining total bacterial population, fungal respiration, activity, nitrogen fixing pH, Organic-C, Total-N. Based on results done, be concluded form general significant effect Total-N, fungi Nitrogen Treatment (SB1, SB2, SB3) gave highest average microbial population directly proportional respiration rate. Pinang dan sagu merupakan buah khas masyarakat Papua yang menghasilkan limbah. Pemanfaatan limbah bagi itu sendiri belum dilkakukan secara optimal, terutama di bidang pertanian. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah kesuburan tanah adalah dengan pemberian bahan organik. Limbah kulit pinang batang menjadi alternatif pemanfaatan ada diolah pupuk organik cair Pemberian ke dalam dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta mempengaruhi sifat biologi aktivitas berperan merombak mendekomposisi sehingga meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membandingkan diaplikasikan berasal sagu. Adapun metode terdiri Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) taraf perlakuan. Perlakuan pertama (tanpa perlakuan kedua pinang, ketiga Biochar sagu, keempat kombinasi kelima keenam ketujuh Parameter meliputi penetapan populasi bakteri, fungi, respirasi tanah, Aktivitas perombak organic, penambat Nitrogen, C-Organik, N-Total. Berdasarkan hasil telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa berupa umum memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kenaikan pH N-Total, organic. rata-rata mikroba tertinggi berbanding lurus laju respirasinya.
